GRS Homes has been in development since 2002, when Managing Director Graham Scott set the firm’s benchmark by creating a bespoke eight-house conversion from a previously-derelict farm steading.
Using only the best and most exclusive materials, and inspired by creative and innovative design, Graham established for GRS Homes a standard others can only hope to aspire to.

Since its inception, GRS Homes has created a reputation for high-quality niche developments, each unique to its own design and setting. The company’s achievements have been recognised by the house building industry, with several prizes and nominations at the Scottish Home Awards.
